Set in the heart of Kolkata, Thapar House is surrounded by buildings of historic significance and architectural beauty, including the Writers’ Building, the Royal Exchange, the General Post Office and St. John’s Church.  Conveniently located in the BBD Bagh, the business and finance district, it is easily accessed from the all parts of the city. The upcoming East-West Metro will connect Salt Lake to Howrah and the Mahakaran stop is just a short walk from Thapar House.

The building has a reliable electricity supply with a dedicated substation, providing continuous power back-up. In line with ICP’s environmental ambitions, the communal areas have energy efficient lighting. All the offices are equipped with air-conditioning systems with a separate Dx unit. There is a dedicated RO water treatment plant, providing drinking water throughout the building.
